Gage County Victim Assistance Program

The Victim Assistance Program is a free public service offering information, practical assistance and crisis intervention to victims of crime in Beatrice and Gage County. The Victim Assistance Unit is concerned about ensuring the victim’s rights in the criminal justice system. Our purpose is to assist the victim with information concerning the case and possible compensation. Types of services include case status information, court proceedings, follow-up contact, filing forms, and general support.
